Subaru has finally revealed their upcoming design for 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. This subcompact SUV would be coming as a new gen vehicle and it’s scheduled to arrive sometime next year. The current Crosstrek is known as this subcompact, but tall, crossover having a lot of ground clearance and body cladding from black plastic. If you are looking for the biggest transformation, it happens on the front area. There would be slimmer and sharper headlights along with bigger front grille to create a visual effect of distinctive appearance. Subaru confirms that they have increased the number of black (plastic) cladding surrounding the wheel wells.
Powertrain and Performance
Upcoming Crosstrek would be running on the same platform and possibly the same powertrain. The information about arrangement for North American market hasn’t been provided, but the Japanese version has been known. It is running on boxer four unit with 2.0 liter capacity and e-Boxer hybrid technology. It would be coming with all wheel driving system as the standard and CVT would be the only transmission option. There is unclear information whether the model for American market would be coming with manual transmission.
Improved Interior Cabin
The updated cabin has big and vertical touchscreen display, which is already offered in other Subaru models. The seats would also be new.
